So you bought some of our adorable items, and can't wait to get them? Our SugarBabies staff will do our utmost to get your order to you, as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
Every order, whether shipped Priority , takes 1-2 days to process before shipping. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
We will send you a paypal inviove for any additional shipping charges(see below for shipping charges outside the US)
Shipping Options
We use USPS as our carrier. It is faster, cheaper and more reliable than its competitors, plus, it delivers on Saturday. Unless you order an oversized item then we ship the most cost effective and fastest way.
Priority mail takes 3-5 days to arrive. Outside the US, we offer Priority Mail International which takes 6-10 days to arrive.

Important Information for Canadian & International Customers
We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges.
If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.

Shipping Oversized Items:
If you purchase an item that is of a larger size/weight we will send you a seperate invoice for any additional shipping charges that apply. Are there restrictions to Free Shipping? TOP
Orders over $99.99 and shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free shipping.
International orders over $99.99 will be required to pay your shipping charges according to the International Shipping chart. Please refer to the International Shipping Chart to find out how much you will be charged. We will email you with the additional charges once we receive your order. SugarBabies strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and a fabulous shopping experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line, non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Oversized items may require a nominal restocking fee. Upon receipt of your approved return, SugarBabies will either issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.
Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are noted in either the product description or indicated in the ships in time.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return of shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping.
