I wanted to take the time to let you know about the excellent customer service I received in your store recently. I called in for a pair of shoes for my 18 month old son, the person who answered was very helpful and based on her guidance I decided to come into the store rather than making on online purchase from another proprietor. The service I received inside your store was as good as the phone interaction promised. I ended up purchasing a pair of shoes from a different company than I originally intended to buy, but feeling very confident that his shoes fit appropriately. Upon leaving the store I accidentally left my very expensive stroller on the side walk and drove back home. When I realized that I had left the stroller behind I was far from your store, I decided to take a chance and call to see if one of your associates could see my stroller. Again the person answering the phone I think her name was Jessica went above and beyond to help me, found my stroller and took it back into your store until I could get back to pick it up. Needless to say this was a major relief to me and I cannot begin to express my gratitude for her help. You have a very nice store and outstanding staff, I will be visiting your store again in the future and telling family about Sugar Babies and the excellent staff. Thank you for a really great shopping experience. It did say Ashley on my receipt so if it was you that assisted me, thank you so much for all of your help.

I got this hat for my baby for the summer. It's way cuter than the picture, if that's possible! The quality of the hat is great and it fit so good. My baby is turning one and has grown out of the sun hat now. I'm buying the exact one again in the bigger size because it was such a great purchase! |

We are blessed to have this great baby boutique in our town. I have purchased couture baby hats, booties, & outfits for my niece's shower. She and her guy were delighted that their baby had the couture hats that they could not find in Ohio, and they are now going to look online for Andie Sopia's couture at Sugar Babies. Easter outfits are in so I need to go shop. |

I love my new diaper bag I purchased from sugar babies! OiOi Studded Washed Black Faux. It has so many great features! Love all the pockets on the out side! Helps keep things in place! On the inside is great! Large padded microfibre change mat insulated bottle holder- insulation 2 hours. It zips easy to wipe off if needed! One more great thing is you can wear it two ways! Over the body or like a purse! Thank you sugar babies for carrying such great products! A must have ! |

After seeing a pair of shoes on your website my husband and I stopped in to see if they were in the store. We had such a great experience and the sales team was so sweet and helpful. We found the "flying heart" shoes and I am in love with them and Sugar Babies. We will be back very soon!!! |
