We proudly ship all orders from the US. Most orders are even hand packed and shipped right from our storefront in Sumner, WA.
 

SugarBabies ships packages to all 50 states, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and to most International destinations.  

 

Though we try to get orders out as quickly as possible, some orders may take 3-4 days to process before shipping. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $99.99 and shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free ground shipping. Orders that include oversize items may not qualify for free shipping. Furniture orders do not qualify for free shipping. International orders do not qualify for free shipping. (Some additional restrictions may apply).
 
If your order requires additional shipping due to the size, destination etc. we will contact you directly with personalized shipping options. 
 
The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we are happy to provide the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the carrier. Once a Claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled.  
 

Please triple-check your shipping address. We send your order to the exact address you provide and are not responsible for incorrect information.

 

Standard US Shipping

We use USPS, UPS and FedEx to ship our packages. We ship via the most cost effective method. If you require a specific service for delivery please contact us for assistance.

 

Our standard shipping typically takes about 5-7* business days. Our shipping times are always an estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these time frames. Unforeseen events out of our control may lengthen the shipping time.

International Shipping 

We currently offer Priority Mail International and DHL Express. We have selected these methods of shipping because they are the most swift and secure for our International shoppers. 

 

Our standard International shipping typically takes about 7-10* business. This does not include our standard processing time, which may be lengthened if your order includes a custom made item etc. All International orders ship complete. (Our shipping times are always an estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these time frames. Unforeseen events out of our control may lengthen the shipping time). 

 

International orders may incur an additional shipping charge. We will contact you directly with a personalized shipping quote that can be handled via phone or PayPal.

 

We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges.

 

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.

 

In Store Pickup

We are happy to provide in store pickup as well as curbside pickup to our local customers! Please enter code INSTORE or CURBSIDE at checkout to forego shipping charges. We will call you when your order is ready for pickup so please ensure a good phone number is associated with the order.

 

Shipping Oversized Items

If you purchase an item that is of a larger size/weight it will incur additional shipping charges. This is often but not always listed in the items description. We will contact you with a personalized shipping quote that can be handled via phone or PayPal if additional shipping is required.

 

Furniture

We know how overwhelming a purchase of this magnitude can be and proudly offer several convenient delivery options to fit your needs: local in-store pickup, local delivery & LTL freight carrier. Select pieces even ship via UPS and FedEx. 

 

Due to their size and fragility, furniture items do not qualify for free shipping. 

 

Delivery fees are not calculated at checkout. We handle all delivery charges personally as we want to ensure you receive the very best rate and all your delivery needs are met.

IN STORE PICKUP: Pickup at our Sumner, WA store is always free! 


LOCAL DELIVERY: We work with a locally owned and operated company to provide local furniture delivery to our customers residing in the greater Puget Sound area. Rates are competitive and delivery is scheduled around your availability. 


US DELIVERY: Our high quality furniture items are large and often come fully assembled; therefore they cannot be shipped via standard shipping methods. In order to preserve the quality of the item; furniture is palletized and delivered via LTL freight carrier. Please contact us directly for a personalized freight quote 253-299-6221


Security Measures

The security of our shoppers is paramount so we proudly partner with PayPal to securely process credit card payments. It is important to note that we never receive your credit card information. 

 

Due to the increase in credit card fraud SugarBabies takes additional precautions when shipping orders Internationally as well as domestically. Your order may be held or cancelled if the purchase appears to be fraudulent. 

 

At this time we are only able to ship International orders to PayPal confirmed addresses. If your address is not confirmed please contact PayPal directly for assistance. Additionally, in most cases the billing and shipping addresses must be the same. If you have questions about this please contact us directly so we can help you.


Online Return Policy

SugarBabies strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and a fabulous shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line, non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Oversize items may require a nominal restocking fee. Upon receipt of your approved return, SugarBabies will issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are sometimes but not always noted in either the product description.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  This also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping.
