Are there restrictions to Free Shipping?
Orders over $99.99 and shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free shipping. Orders that include oversize items may not qualify for free shipping. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Some additional restrictions may apply.
How much is shipping?
So you bought some of our adorable items, and can't wait to get them? Our SugarBabies staff will do our utmost to get your order to you, as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
Though we try to get orders out as quickly as possible, some orders may take 3-4 days to process before shipping. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
If your order requires additional shipping to be paid we will contact you via phone with a quote. Payment can be handled over the phone or via PayPal. (see below for shipping charges outside the US and shipping oversize items)
We use USPS, UPS and FedEx to ship our packages. We ship via the most cost effective method. If you require a specific service for delivery please contact us for assistance.
Our standard shipping typically takes about 5-7* business days to arrive.
Our shipping times are always an estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these time frames. Unforeseen events out of our control may lengthen the shipping time.

The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we are happy to provide the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the carrier. Once a Claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled.
Please triple check your shipping address. We send your order to the exact address you provide and are not responsible for incorrect information.
Outside the US, we offer Priority Mail International which takes 6-10 days to arrive (customs may increase this time. This is something we have no control over.) All International orders will incur an additional shipping charge.

We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges.
If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.
SugarBabies ships packages to all 50 states, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and to the following International destinations:

If you purchase an item that is of a larger size/weight it will incur additional shipping charges. This is often but not always listed in the items description. We will contact you with a shipping quote that can be handled via phone or PayPal.
Internet Security MeasuresDue to the increase in International internet fraud SugarBabies takes additional precautions when shipping orders Internationally as well as domestically. Your order may be held or cancelled if the purchase appears to be fraudulent.
Pre-Orders, Custom & Handmade Items
Please also note that if you have purchased a pre-order, custom or handmade item and in stock items your complete order may or may not ship together. Arrangements to have your order shipped a particular way (multiple packages or complete) may be available - please contact us directly for options.
SugarBabies strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and a fabulous shopping experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line, non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Oversize items may require a nominal restocking fee. Upon receipt of your approved return, SugarBabies will either issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.
Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are sometimes but not always noted in either the product description.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return of shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping.

Earn one point for every dollar spent on your qualifying online purchase. Points can be redeemed in our Rewards Store - availability is subject to change without notice. Some products do not earn points, this includes but is not limited to: shipping charges, sales tax, Tula brand, sale items, gift certificates, etc. Excluded items may or may not be defined and is subject to change without notice.
Sorry, previous purchases or purchases made without logging in to your associated account do not qualify for points. Rewards in store and online cannot be combined. A valid account is required. Sorry, we cannot transfer or adjust points.
Points will be deducted from your account in the event that a product is returned.
Gift Certificate purchases made through the reward store will be automatically generated and emailed to the supplied email address. We cannot be held responsible for missing, lost or altered gift codes.
