Shipping

Most orders are hand-packed and shipped right from our storefront in Sumner, WA. We get most orders out within 24 hours, and furniture orders take 3 to 5 days to process before shipping. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and you will receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free on orders over $99 that ship standard ground via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Furniture bundles that need to ship LTL do not qualify for free shipping since they cannot be shipped via FedEx or UPS.

Standard U.S. Shipping

We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx using the most cost-effective method. Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. Expedited options are available by request, just call us at 253-299-6221. We do not currently offer international shipping.

In-Store and Curbside Pickup

Local customers can pick up for free. Select Curbside Pickup at checkout to skip shipping charges, and we will call you when your order is ready.

Furniture and Freight

We offer several delivery options for furniture: free in-store pickup, local delivery to the greater Puget Sound area, and LTL freight carrier delivery to your curbside for larger items. Select pieces also ship via UPS and FedEx. Furniture bundles that ship LTL do not qualify for free shipping since they cannot be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Questions about a furniture order? Lost or Damaged Packages

The risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered to our shipping carrier. In the unlikely event a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we are happy to provide the documents needed to file a carrier claim. Claims average 30 days to settle. Please triple-check your shipping address, as we ship to the exact address you provide.
